Agreement to Terms

By accessing the DG Auto Group website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

DG Auto Group is located at 1110 East Ash Avenue, Fullerton, California. These terms apply to all services provided at our facility, including collision repair, custom paint, restoration, auto detailing, paint protection film (PPF) installation, and customization.

Services & Estimates

All estimates provided by DG Auto Group are non-binding and based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Final costs may vary due to:

• Hidden damage discovered during disassembly or repair
• Parts availability and pricing changes
• Additional work requested by the vehicle owner
• Insurance supplement adjustments

We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work. Written authorization is required for costs exceeding the original estimate by more than 10%.

Vehicle Authorization & Liability

By leaving your vehicle at DG Auto Group, you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon services. We exercise reasonable care while your vehicle is in our possession. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, mechanical issues, or damage unrelated to our services
• Personal items left in vehicles are the owner's responsibility
• Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days after completion may incur storage fees
• We are not liable for delays caused by parts shortages, insurance processing, or circumstances beyond our control

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and insurance payments. For insurance claims, the vehicle owner is responsible for any deductible and any charges not covered by the insurance carrier.

DG Auto Group retains a mechanic's lien on all vehicles until payment is received in full, as permitted under California Civil Code.

Warranty

DG Auto Group provides a lifetime warranty on workmanship for collision repair and paint services, valid for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. This warranty covers:

• Paint peeling, cracking, or fading due to application defects
• Color match issues attributable to our work
• Structural repairs failing under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from subsequent accidents, misuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear, stone chips, or environmental damage
• Modifications performed by other parties after our repair
• Parts manufacturer defects (covered by the manufacturer's warranty)

SMS & Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your phone number through any DG Auto Group form, you agree to receive text messages related to your quote, appointment scheduling, service updates, invoices, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out anytime. Reply HELP for assistance. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing. Must be 18+ to consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on the DG Auto Group website — including text, images, design, logos, and the DG Auto Group name — is the property of DG Auto Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with website functionality
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, DG Auto Group's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fullerton, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney's fees.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Orange County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
